Exchanges & Returns

We offer returns and exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date.

The following conditions apply:

  • Exchanges for products of the same value (eg. different colour or size in the same style) are free.
  • All items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition. All tags must be attached and undamaged.
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our returns centre. Please inform us of any changes in what will be sent back, as any discrepancies discovered between what was discussed and what arrived will be issued as charge-backs/credits (as applicable).
  • The original delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer return labels. It will be your responsibility to pay for and ship your products back to us.
  • You will be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your tracking number.

Some items aren’t eligible for returns. These include:

  • Sale items.
  • Seasonal products.
  • Free gifts and promotional items.

This form will gather enough information for us to review your request and assist you in the best way possible.

Please allow our team up to 2-5 business days for our team to process your return.

Please provide the email address you used to place the order in question.
You can find your order number in your confirmation email and on your packing slip.
