Customer service hours
Our typical 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday customer service hours will be affected during the Christmas period as we allow for flexibility to spend Christmas with family and friends. Therefore, although with a delay, we will still be here to provide support.
Please note that bank holidays will affect production and delivery. Bank holidays in the upcoming Christmas period are on

To receive your order before Christmas…
Order before the end of 16th December if you’re in the UK, or before 1st December if you’re abroad to receive your order in time for Christmas.
If you don’t place an order in time, we cannot guarantee you’ll receive your order in time. We’ll do our best to continue production and dispatching orders, but this will be impacted by our stock levels, bank holidays and delivery delays.
We have a generous 30 days exchanges and returns policy which will remain unaffected during the festive period, meaning that you can return or exchange any items, provided that they are in the original condition. We understand that there might be delays with the postal service. Therefore, we will still accept your return if it arrives late, provided that you send us proof of postage or a tracking number.
If you request a refund, please note that the money can only be refunded to the original payment method. If you received your products as a gift, we can exchange the items for different items of the same value or provide a gift card for the same value as your returned order.
